  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

  • Domestic (Pakistan): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or customs inspections.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or events outside our control.

Address Accuracy
